1月の「コーヒーを飲みながら聖書を読もう」では、創世記(聖書中の最初の書物)に登場する4人の重要人物の人生に注目して読んでいきます。神がいかに、それぞれの人生に深く関わられたのかが分かる筈です。
第4回目の今回は「次の一歩」と題して、ヤコブの息子、ヨセフの人生に注目します。
父ヤコブから他の兄弟以上に溺愛されて育ち、神さまから不思議な夢を与えられていたヨセフは、それ故、兄弟たちから妬まれ、エジプトに売り飛ばされてしまいます。その後も本人も誰も想像しないような人生を歩まされますが、全ては神のご計画の内にあったことが後で明らかになります。
神がいかにこの人物に関わり続けられたのか、ご一緒に学んでみませんか?

In January's "Read the Bible with a cup of coffee" we will focus on the lives of four important people in the book of Genesis (the first book in the Bible). You will see how God was deeply involved in each of their lives.
In this 4th installment, entitled "The Next Step", we will focus on the life of Jacob's son, Joseph.
Joseph was raised by his father Jacob, who doted on him more than his other brothers, and was given mysterious dreams by God, but because of this, he was envied by his brothers and sold into Egypt. He would go on to lead a life that neither he nor anyone else could have imagined, but it would later be revealed that it was all in God's plan.
Join us to learn how God continued to relate to this man.
